My grandma was diagnosed with cancer 2 months back, you guys were one of the people to keep me going. You guys made me feel happy, and worth being here. I would've left ages ago if it wasn't for you guys and my bestfriend. You guys are like a second family to me, I'm so thankful for you all ❤️

I love Sockie so much I feel like no one usually realizes how much she has to go through. I can tell she’s good at faking a smile. With a large family she always acts like a mother to her siblings even though she’s not the oldest. And they travel so much and she is so brave for going a long way on a plane. The legends are here for you Sockie❤ So glad I subscribed to the NN i’ve watched since Biggy got his tonsils removed😊 Love you guys

I’m so proud of the Norris nuts. I watched them grow, and I grew up with them. I can’t believe how far they’ve come from living in the swim school to having 6 million people who watch them. ❤ love you Norris Nuts.

It's so hard being a parent to a child who constantly worries Brooke. You're definitely doing the right thing by pushing Sockie and though it may seem harsh to others, as someone whose child IS locked inside the house, crippled with agoraphobia, you're 100% doing the right thing for her and she'll definitely appreciate it when she's older and able to travel all over the world! ❤

Since Sockie is part of the family, as a parent I wouldn't feel any trepidation about making sure she experiences the same things as the whole family does. And then you lovingly walk her through the whole trip like you did here. If she kicking and crying the whole way there, I might rethink that, but she shows how tough and brave she by taking one for the family on these trips. I bet she won't want to leave Hawaii once she gets there! To be continued....
True but why doesn’t the same apply to Sabre with camping I feel like Sabre gets to complain about that way too much while Sockie has to put on a brave face.
@@Orangeeggs123camping and traveling is different. As a parent, I would NOT leave my SIXTEEN year old daughter in another continent by herself. Camping cant be compared to traveling overseas..

@@bbina Yes but they could leave her with family or they all could have stayed home. I’m not saying that camping and travelling are the same I’m just making the point that Sabre sometimes ruins things for Sockie but Sockie will never ruin anything for someone else.

I honestly can't believe they flew to an American state! And the fact they did it for Flizzy, just makes it even more sweet. 🥺💕 I'm really proud of Sockie for trying to overcome her fear and getting on that flight with everyone, I imagine that wasn't easy for her. But she did so well! And I think, sometimes people do a little push to help them overcome their fears as long as you don't push someone too far. I'm also really proud of how far the Norris Nuts have come, I may not be an og legend but it's amazing to see how much progress they've made, truly heartwarming. I love y'all! ❤ (And happy 70th birthday to Flizzy! Hope she had an great birthday!)

I get the feeling that Sockie is worried about more than just flying. I think there's fear that other countries aren't safe. Australia is Sockie's safe place. ❤
Yes. She is worried about Winky of course. If winkt could have come, it wouldnt be that hard. I can understand Sockie. I have autism and ADD myself and have the same struggles. I hope they can get a dog passport for winky. And he is so small so he can sit with sockie in the seat. When you travel with a dog, it can be good to train them to pee on a pee-pad also. But accident always happens when you travel with a dog, cat, nothing we can do it about. I pray for Winky getting a passport, so he can enjoy vication with his family.
@@kathleenschoultzI think if winky could fly he would have to be in a bag or a small crate, Airlines have their own rules. They also have to pay a fee which could be anything from $500-$5000

I like how Brooke and Justin are encouraging Sockie to overcome her fears but I feel like they should let Sock do it in her own time. I too am a nervous wreck and find things more nerve racking when I’m forced to go outside my comfort zone
and um how are they supposed to do that when her fear is flying on aeroplanes? she cant just do that in her own time...
She’s scared to leave Australia. I know she can’t really do it in her own time, but what I meant was when she’s ready to go overseas, she can say that she’s ready. For now, she can’t really do anything but Brooke and Justin can give her more notice. Like as soon as they plan it, tell Sockie so then she has time to think and mentally prepare herself instead of being a day or two before and she’s worrying all day and night and stressing on the plane

I traveled from Australia to Canada to surprise my daughter who was there on a working holiday. She was turning 20. I couldn't imagine not being with her for such a milestone. It was so hard to keep the secret but so worth it.
She had just finished a long shift at work and arrived home late and I was there sitting on the couch. We both burst into tears. Surprises are the best, it's such a good feeling. I'll never forget that moment! Memories to last a lifetime. 💕

Hey Sockie I highly doubt you will see this and I'm sure you get a ton of these messages but I still wanted to leave this comment because I think that you and I are quite similar. I really struggle with anxiety and absolutely despise flying on planes. I live in America and have never been on a flight that's longer than 6 hours. The fact that you were able to do this is incredibly brave! You should feel so much genuine pride because you just faced a HUGE fear. Your fears are completely rational and although being a worrier does suck sometimes, it's just part of some peoples personality and that is completely ok.

As someone who struggles with a lot of anxiety and stress, I gotta say I’m super proud of Sockie for overcoming her fear. As much as she was worrying, if I was scared of flying i would never have the courage to do it. Proud of you sock!

I think when you’ve got a fair few kids you need to make one sacrifice sometimes. Sockie is scared but can handle it and seems really happy when she gets there. It’d be a shame for all the others to miss out because of it
As An American (from FL) I understand how Sockie feels, flying for ten hours, I honestly don't like flying myself but when I'm faced with going on a plane I just tell myself something that is true the whole flight, for me, I tell myself that I am a Spartan and it helps haha and having my loved ones with me also helps, My husband doesn't like flying ether so we support and encourage each other. You have done an amazing job as parent's! I've been watching you guys for years now and cannot believe just how much they have all grown up!

As someone who has anxiety about travel, it is hard being a parent of a child who worries a lot. I know that my stress sometimes passes onto my mum and I can understand that Justin and Brooke just want to do whatever they possibly can to make this experience more enjoyable for sockie. ❤
I’m flying on a 12 hour flight tomorrow and I have SUCH a huge fear of flying aswell. I can relate to her sooo much bcs I’m stressing out so much but their videos make me feel calmer and safer :))

Hopefully you guys see this comment, but I understand how Sockie feels, I get plane anxiety, and anxiety being in another country (I'm from Aus), it is challenging and exhausting. She is very strong for pushing through as I know how hard it can be, and hopefully the more she (and myself) continue to do that, it will get easier. It is always helpful to have good support with you which Im sure you provide her a lot with! I am definitely a worrier 😅

Just to start off, this is no hate against any of you guys. I love your videos and i’m a huge fan, but i just wanted to share my opinion! i personally think that cancelling the meeting was not a great idea. i understand that you worry for your daughter and you don’t want to make her uncomfortable, but it’s not like the executives could FORCE you to go to America. you guys still could’ve listened to what the executives had to offer and see what doors could have possibly opened for you. also, i think cancelling the meeting makes you guys look very unprofessional, people cleared out their schedules and made an opening just FOR YOU. there was time and effort put into this meeting just FOR YOU and just cancelling makes your family look inconsiderate as you have just wasted everyone’s time. again, this is no hate to you guys i just wanted to share my opinion on the situation. P.S. i am very proud of sockie for facing her fears and joining her family on this amazing trip to make fabulous memories!!

Not going to that meeting was a mistake. Sockie is 16 and in the future if she wants to be successful she will have to travel, you can not miss opportunities because of her fear. Yes it's scary but she has to get over it!

in my opinion reclining the seat is rude, as a tall frequent flyer reclining the seat it SO ANNOYING. once because of someone who reclined thier seat my legs got trapped so i couldn’t move. i also couldn’t access my screen or table. it was a horrible experience that lasted over 4 HOURS! therefore i think that reclining is horrible and i will never never never do it :(
